Description
Product Overview
The Hungbak 12‑piece ceiling crown molding trim is engineered to provide a refined, architectural finish that enhances any interior space. Each piece measures 56.7 inches in length and 3.6 inches in width, delivering a total coverage of 680 inches (approximately 56.7 feet) when all twelve pieces are installed. Constructed from high‑impact polystyrene, the trim mimics the strength and rigidity of solid wood while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. The finished white surface is ready for paint or can be left as‑is for a clean, contemporary look. The product ships in a compact, protective packaging that keeps each molding piece safe from dents and scratches during transit.
Polystyrene offers superior resistance to moisture, preventing the common issues of warping, swelling, or cracking that can affect traditional wood trims in humid environments. This durability makes the molding suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and other high‑humidity areas without compromising its aesthetic appeal. The material also provides a smooth, paint‑friendly surface, allowing homeowners to match the trim to any color scheme or design theme.
Usage
Designed for both residential and commercial applications, this crown molding is ideal for living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues. Its versatile white finish complements a wide range of décor styles, from modern minimalism to classic traditional interiors. Installers can use construction adhesive, hot‑glue, or a combination of nails and caulk to secure the trim, depending on the substrate and personal preference. The lightweight nature of the polystyrene material reduces fatigue during installation, making it an excellent choice for DIY enthusiasts and professional contractors alike.
Because the molding is pre‑finished, it eliminates the need for sanding or priming before painting, saving time and labor costs. Whether you are updating an existing space or completing a new construction project, the trim provides a seamless transition between ceiling and wall, concealing gaps and protecting corners from everyday wear and impact.
